Glenys Tabberer passed away 25th September,1997 aged 62. had three Daughters, four sisters and two brothers. passed away with leukaemia.
Glenys was married to Roly for forty one years. They were a devoted couple to each other. Glenys worked on the Home-Care for 25 years and was very much respected by her employers and clients. She always worked very hard and always put other people before herself although she suffered ill health for fourteen years and beat cancer twice. she was a brilliant Wife, Mother and Nan. She worked and lived for her family always making sure they were well fed, clean and warm. she took great pride in her home.
Our Mom was so precious to us all and we loved her with all our hearts. When we lost Mom it was the worst thing that had happened to us all. When she passed away part of us died with her. Mom was always our best friend, we could always go to her with any problems we had and she would talk to us and sort anything out, it never seemed a problem then we always felt better with Mom around.
Mom loved our kids, she idolised them and always made each one of them feel that they were the best. she would spoil them and give them loads of love. We loved our family holidays together
Mom was our life, our jewel in the crown, our pillar of salt, our bestest friend in the world. We miss her so very much and we know our Dad misses Mom very much. Dad always says that she was the only girl for him.

A Step forward
Hey Mom, what do you think about Dad today, driving his car the first time in nearly four years, bless him. Didn't he do well, love him. He's made that step now and i think we will be having many happy days out together with Dad driving. I knew he was doing it for me, as he promised he would take me out while I was unable to drive at the moment. He was in his element eh? I knew you were with us in the car cos' i found your little white feather. Thanks my precious Mom. I knew you were keeping us safe. With all my love to you Mom always and forever. I,m sure you,re aware of what happened to Stevie B recently and I wanted to Thank you for Two of your girls-Tracy and Jayne.
Their loyalty and Love of Steves two girls has no boundaries,they have been a constant source of love and support to not only them but myself aswell.

Our brightest star
I knew you came to see me on my birthday last week 'cos i found your little feather by my feet, thank you Mom. Thank you also for always answering my prayers when i talk to you. I know you're always with me, especially when i sit and talk to you. Ann & Lou came up today and loved your special garden we've made for you, she said how peaceful it was and very spiritual. I know you'll be with me tomorrow when i have my operation. I just wish i could hold your hand just like you always used to when you knew i was anxious. I'll be glad when I get home and can see Dad to let him know I'm alright, you know how he fusses over me, bless him. Thank you Karen, i'm sure my lovely Mom will look after your precious Mason, you know how much she loved children. I'm so proud of you Mom. You touched the lives of so many people and I know it was their privilege to have known you. Thank you for making me the person I am today. Always in our thoughts
Dear Mom, I'm so sorry, I didn't realise i had set up this memorial site. I thought i had done it wrong and just checked while i was viewing Steve's. My lovely Mom you know I will never forget you. You are always in my thoughts and in my heart always and forever. Well, i talk to you everyday as you know. I miss you so much Mom and always will. I know you are always with us, we smell your perfume some days. As you know every single day Dad talks about you still, he always mentions something about you, bless him. He still desperately misses you and loves you with all his heart and soul, as we all do. Me and Dad are coming up tomorrow to put some more flowers on for you.
We are taking Dad to Brean next week in the caravan, he loved it the last time. As you know we are taking him to Alcudia in August. God willing that he will be well enough to come this year. We know you will be sat by Dad on the plane. You always said you would love to see his face when we took off and landed, ha, ha. We are fulfilling your dream by taking Dad on a plane, just wish you could be with us. I still keep finding the little white feathers Mom beside me, I know that you place them there, thank you my precious best friend. God bless you Mom, we love you with all our hearts.
